Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in the Cuernavaca Metropolitan Area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential guests, promoting resort services and packages, conducting sales calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role also includes generating sales reports, assisting in marketing initiatives, and coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
