SALES APPLICATION ENGINEER

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Find potential sales leads (both new and from existing contact lists).

Evaluate customer applications for suitability with our equipment.

Make sales calls to potential customers.

Make sales presentations to interested customers.

Calculate cycle times using spreadsheet templates.

Produce budgetary quotations for customers.

Develop and submit final quotations.

Follow order process.

Develop sales budget for assigned territory.

DESIRE PROFILE:

BS Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics (Working knowledge of magnetics, coil winding, motor, etc).

MBA or Minor in Business Administration/Marketing preferred.

+5 years sales/applications engineer in an industrial field.

Knowledge of robotics/industrial machinery required.

Contact management software (Lotus Notes, ACT or similar).

Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.

Updated passport and VISA.

Self-starter with a "Can Do" attitude.

Lively, outgoing personality.

Team-oriented worker.

• Job entails extensive travel within North America (at least 60% of the time).
