Job Summary

The SDR will drive Neeyamo's payroll technology expansion in LATAM, targeting multinational corporations with 500+ employees. You\'ll identify HR / payroll decision-makers, conduct needs assessments, and generate qualified pipeline for our enterprise sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Market-Specific Prospecting (LATAM Focus)
  • Target: HR Directors, Global Payroll Managers at multinationals with LATAM operations
  • Industries: Manufacturing, IT Services, Shared Services Centers
  • Build new Pipeline Outbound
  • Qualify Leads from Inbound
  • Build Sequences email or collaborate with Marketing
  • Manage Spanish LATAM Countries as a main Target
  • Collaborate with Marketing to raise awareness
  • Outreach mix: 60% LinkedIn or Apollo, Lusha; 30% email; 10% phone

Compensation
