Moose Toys Mexico is seeking a Sales Analyst & Customer Coordinator to support the Mexico Sales Organization. You will manage order follow-ups, customer setup, sampling, and retailer communications, while assisting in competitive analysis and reporting.

The role offers growth opportunities through leadership of select accounts based on performance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a professional setting, familiarity with toy or consumer products, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent within related field.
• Experience in the toy industry or consumer products would be highly regarded.
• Experience working with domestic and FOB sales processes for major retailers in Mexico.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer set-up processes and manage documentation efficiently.
• Provide translations, explanations and directions to internal stakeholders for required information.
• Complete locally required information and documentation.
• Lead communications with customers and provide ongoing updates on order status.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop price lists and product information sheets.
• Coordinate samples, marketing assets and test reports for customers.
• Support forecasting and reporting with the sales team.
