Yara International is seeking an Agricultural Engineer to enhance client relationships and meet sales targets in Guadalajara. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the commercial sector, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft tools. Responsibilities
  1. Serve existing clients in the assigned macro-region and seek new clients.
  2. Fulfill activities related to promotion, advisory, seminars, expos, among others.
  3. Meet sales budget targets for various products. Monitor monthly budgets and analyze results.
  4. Provide sales projections in advance.
  5. Follow marketing strategies.
  6. Participate in commercial meetings to define sales strategies.
  7. Establish demonstration plots of interest in local crops.
Profile
  • Agricultural Engineer.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Desirable: proficiency in English.
  • Good communication skills for conducting talks with clients and producers in the field.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Numerical ability.
  • Preferably residing in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, or Chihuahua City.
