PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Sales Admin & Ops Assistant Analyst in Mexico City to execute customer and sales master data activities with accuracy and timeliness. You will work across SAP and other platforms while collaborating with internal teams to ensure data integrity and operational reliability.

The role emphasizes following detailed procedures, maintaining records, and communicating clearly about status and issues.

Formación

• Experience in master data, sales administration, customer service, commercial operations, data processing, or related operational area.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer and sales master data requests accurately and within established KPI targets.
• Execute customer creation, updates, deactivations, route changes, seller assignments, visit-frequency changes, and other master data activities.
• Validate that requests contain required information and approvals before execution.
• Follow procedures, rules, and internal controls.
• Maintain records in SAP, trackers, and other tools.
• Monitor requests and follow up on missing information.
• Communicate status and issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Escalate system issues or deviations to the owner.
• Maintain process documentation with support from the process owner.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and backup activities to support continuity.
• Support process improvements and new tool implementations.
