About the Role
We are looking for a highly self-motivated, organized, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Virtual Assistant to support the client’s operations across sales, administrative, and marketing functions. This role is essential to manage increasing workloads and improve follow-up processes, lead conversion rates, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Conduct follow-ups with leads to support the sales pipeline
  • Manage and nurture existing leads to drive conversions

Administrative Support

  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Manage documentation and filing systems
  • Oversee vendor communications and coordination

Marketing Support

  • Manage and create social media content
  • Support SEO initiatives
  • Assist with general marketing campaigns and content creation

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to prioritize multiple tasks across diverse business divisions
