Charger Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Monitoring Analyst to join our Safety team in Querétaro. You will monitor driver behavior, analyze operational data, support safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The role involves coaching drivers, preparing weekly reports, coordinating with dispatch and trainer teams, and assisting with dashcam and video review processes to improve fleet safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 6–12 months of analyst experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and act quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor driver behavior and operational data to support safety initiatives.
• Coach drivers via phone or in person on safety concerns.
• Identify and report high-risk drivers based on analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports on coaching and training activities.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Driver Trainers for coaching plans.
• Process video recovery requests from Claims.
• Review data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Coordinate with dashcam providers to resolve issues.
• Work with maintenance on dashcam equipment issues.
• Support safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
