Job Description
- Plans and develops the management of processes and their interactions by coordinating the WoW system in areas related to safety, hygiene, and the environment.
- Plans, develops, implements, and establishes control mechanisms for the administration of new projects and their interactions concerning occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection.
- Establishes work standards through operational analysis to meet occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
- Reduces the risk of injuries by implementing improvements based on occupational safety and hygiene principles, as well as ergonomic studies, in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Reduces the risk of environmental impacts by applying improvements based on environmental management principles, in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manages and controls documentation related to the integrated management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Leads the follow-up of preventive and corrective actions within the integrated management system related to safety and environmental matters.
- Trains administrative personnel on the integrated training system related to safety and environmental topics.
- Approves workstations and work areas in accordance with safety and environmental requirements to ensure safe and sustainable operations.
Education
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the manufacturing, automotive, and/or logistics industry, with proven experience in personnel management or direct supervisory responsibilities.

- HOE / SOPs (Understanding and development of Standard Operating Procedures)

- Knowledge of STPS and applicable government regulations regarding occupational safety and environmental protection
