WWL Vehicle Services Mexico busca un Safety Lead C para fortalecer la cultura de seguridad en nuestras operaciones en San Luis Potosí. El/la candidato(a) supervisará programas de seguridad, realizará recorridos y auditorías, y dará seguimiento a hallazgos para prevenir incidentes.

Se valorará formación técnica o profesional en Ingeniería Industrial o Seguridad Industrial y experiencia mínima de 6 meses en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional o EHS, con conocimientos en STPS, uso de EPP y deseable manejo

Qualifications

• Formación técnica o profesional en Ingeniería Industrial o Seguridad Industrial.
• Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional o EHS.
• Conocimientos en STPS, investigación de incidentes, evaluación de riesgos, protección civil, seguridad e higiene, uso de EPP.

Safety Lead C

Buscamos candidatos con formación técnica o profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Seguridad Industrial o áreas afines, preferentemente con experiencia mínima de 6 meses en Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional o EHS. La posición requiere conocimientos en normatividad STPS, investigación de incidentes, evaluación de riesgos, protección civil, seguridad e higiene, uso de EPP y capacitación en temas de seguridad.

Como Safety Lead C, serás responsable de verificar el cumplimiento de los programas de seguridad, realizar recorridos y auditorías, dar seguimiento a hallazgos, apoyar en investigaciones preliminares de incidentes y colaborar en la implementación de acciones preventivas y correctivas. Además, participarás en capacitaciones, campañas de seguridad, programas de salud ocupacional y actividades enfocadas en fortalecer la cultura preventiva dentro de la operación. Buscamos una persona con alto sentido de responsabilidad, actitud de servicio, capacidad de análisis, orientación al detalle y facilidad para comunicarse e influir positivamente en los equipos de trabajo. Se valorarán habilidades en liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y manejo de Excel.
