Responsibilities

• Attend and document pre-shift safety meetings.
• Communicate safety expectations to contractors, third-party vendors, and internal personnel.
• Participate on projects planning and kickoff.
• Review PSSS (Project Site Specific Safety).
• Deliver safety orientation and training to internal employees prior to site entry.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify project supervision risks in the workplace.
• Provide training to project supervision.
• Ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is available and appropriate for the work.
• Advise and collaborate with management to resolve occupational project supervision issues.
• Assist and support Stop Work actions when necessary.
• Analyze research data, summarize statistics, and compile reports.
• Propose and lead the implementation of project supervision protection programs, including ergonomic improvements.
• Coordinate Offshore Safety & Emergency Management Plans.
• Prepare reports evaluating contractor safety performance.
• Verify contractor compliance with Project Site Specific Safety & Emergency Management Plans.
• Confirm that contractors have appropriate training for their scope of work.
• Conduct weekly reviews of contractors' Risk and Hazard assessment.
• Participate in incident investigations and follow-ups.
• Support the Incident Management Process.
• Document all incidents and near misses in the Enablon module and assist in developing corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineer
• At least 4 years of experience relate to safety process
• Offshore experience (Indispensable)
