Michael Page is seeking a Senior RTR Leader to drive the Record to Report process across assigned entities, ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes in line with IFRS and US GAAP.

You will oversee GL, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, audits, and financial reporting while leading a SSC/GBS team and driving process automation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Advanced English required for global collaboration.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounting/RTR with at least 2 years in people management.
• Experience in Shared Service Centers (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and talent development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RTR for assigned entities, ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.

• Ensure IFRS, US GAAP compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong controls.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics within RTR.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and FP&A to ensure end-to-end processes.
• Drive standardization, automation, and digital transformation in Shared Services.

• Lead the Record to Report (RTR) process for assigned entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities in accordance with corporate policies.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and applicable local accounting regulations.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for senior leadership.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics within the RTR function.
• Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and FP&A teams to ensure integrated and efficient end-to-end financial processes.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within the Shared Services environment.
