Michael Page is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Leader to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensuring timely closings and accurate reporting across IFRS-compliant statements.

You will lead a multinational accounting team, drive internal controls, partner with business units, and coordinate internal and external audits, delivering reliable analyses to support decision making in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the organization’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely closings.
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions and compliance with policies.
• Supervise preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Ensure IFRS compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits as liaison with auditors and stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal controls through policies and procedures.

• Oversee and manage the organization's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Ensure the proper recording of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of accounting information and compliance with corporate policies.
• Supervise the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, as well as applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, serving as the primary liaison with auditors and other key stakeholders.
• Strengthen the internal control environment through the implementation and continuous improvement of financial policies, procedures, and practices.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with finance and business teams to support decision-making through reliable financial information and timely analysis.

Advanced conversational English (non-negotiable).Previous experience in an audit firm/Big Four environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Advanced conversational English (non-negotiable).
• More than 8 years of progressive experience in accounting.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience working within multinational organizations or environments with regional and international operations.
• Previous experience in an audit firm/Big Four environment will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
