Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an RTR Accounting Specialist to support Intercompany activities with a focus on accurate financial reporting under US GAAP. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline accounting processes and contribute to high-quality reporting within a global finance organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of RTR/financial analysis experience.
• Experience with Intercompany accounting analysis and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance processes.
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Performing and reporting Intercompany accounting activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Supporting internal and external audit activities through key control processes.
• Performing financial analysis and delivering analytics for Intercompany projects and initiatives.
• Managing balance sheet accounts and reconciliations for Intercompany activities.
• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Carrier policies.
• Supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and SOX compliance across RTR.
