Carrier Global Corporation seeks an RTR Accounting Specialist to support Intercompany activities with a focus on accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and US GAAP compliance. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and mentor junior team members in a global finance setting.

This role involves month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve reporting quality and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of RTR, financial analysis, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Experience with Intercompany accounting analysis and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance processes.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience with SAP, ECC6, and CFIN systems.

Responsabilidades

• Performing and reporting Intercompany accounting activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Supporting internal and external audit activities through key control processes.
• Performing financial analysis and delivering analytics for Intercompany projects.
• Managing critical Intercompany activities related to balance sheet accounts and reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Supporting accurate and timely month-end close, financial reporting and compliance.
• Coaching and providing guidance to junior team members within the RTR organization.
