Formación

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a related position.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering required.

Position objective

To automate the GTS process, develop internal audits to the software & databases related to customs & compliance activities.

Roles & responsibilities

1. Automate internal GTS processes
2. Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency with automation
3. Researching and designing automation technology
4. Contribute to the development and support of data science for the optimization of Global trade compliance processes
5. Researches and identifies applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards and codes.
6. Develops compliance plans by researching, analyzing, selecting, and applying compliance engineering concepts, approaches, techniques, and criteria.
7. Adapts and modifies compliance engineering options.
8. Identify data and performance issues and make improvements
9. Complex analysis of data in order to bring out its value in support of the management and operations teams
10. Work with stakeholders affected by data issues and collaborate with transformation change management teams to align adjustments to be made
11. Support operations and project teams in data management to ensure data integrity that supports decision-making and the automation of processes and procedures
12. Automation of systems and solution Administration (Annex 24, Annex 31, Archiving system, other)
13. Lead automation projects related with Customs.
14. Communicating with clients about project requirements
15. Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency with automation
16. Researching and designing automation technology
17. Developing tests and simulations to ensure the systems work as intended
18. Establishing monitoring and QA processes
19. Investigating defects or errors in the technology
20. Automate Analysis of Bill of materials (Queretaro & Juarez)
21. Comparison from consumption (backflush) reports from SAP & Aranxel
22. Automate analysis of import and export entries
23. SQL sentences in the customs software for operation purposes
24. Automate Internal GTS audits

27. Designed, created, and maintained Solution Design Documents
28. Contributed the Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
29. Comprehensive data management in various formats, including JSON, HTML, XML, CSV, and XLSX.
30. Served as a Design Authority (DA) to ensure solutions adhered to development best practices.
31. Exposed web services within the RPA environment and consumed third-party web services from the virtual workforce. Ability to create solution proposals and robotic process automation architecture for compliance purposes.
