Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AA bots using Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360).
• Automate web, desktop, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and database-based processes.
• Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and credential vault usage.
• Enhance and modify existing bots based on change requests.
• Participate in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and maintain PDD, SDD, and technical documentation.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and infrastructure.

Automation Development

• - Design, develop, test, and deploy bots using Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360).
• - Automate web, desktop, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and database-based processes.
• - Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and credential vault usage.

Testing & Support

• - Participate in unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
• - Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• - Support post-deployment activities and ensure SLA adherence.
• - Prepare and maintain PDD, SDD, and technical documentation.
• - Work in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• - 3+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360).
• - Good understanding of RPA SDLC and workflow-based automation.
• - Experience with Excel, Outlook, PDF, and web automation.
• - Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• - Strong analytical and communication skills.
