Mission:

The RPA Architect & Developer will design, oversee, and implement robust, efficient Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards. This role aims to optimize strategic business processes, significantly reduce operational costs, enhance productivity, and improve quality through effective and sustainable automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes (As-Is) to design optimized workflows (To-Be), using industry best practices in RPA.
• Implement automated solutions with clearly defined performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with internal business teams to gather functional requirements, assess impacts, and propose effective automation solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and root causes of operational inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions and sustainable improvements.
• Design and define appropriate RPA architectures for complex automation solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient integration.
• Manage automation projects from analysis through successful implementation using the SDLC methodology and project management tools.
• Evaluate, compare, and integrate leading RPA platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide technical advice, training, and guidance to the RPA development team, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
• Continuously monitor automated solutions' performance, using analytics and monitoring tools to adjust processes and configurations proactively.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years proven experience as an RPA Architect, RPA Developer, or related roles (e.g., Software Developer).
• Advanced expertise in leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Advanced programming skills in languages like Python, C#, Java, or similar.
• Solid experience with system integration via APIs and database integrations.
• Deep understanding of systems architecture and designing scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Practical project management experience utilizing SDLC methodologies.

Languages

• Spanish: Native or fluent (required).
• English: Intermediate level (technical reading, interaction with global suppliers, and technical documentation).

Preferred Certifications

• UiPath UiARD Certification (preferred).
