PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a routing coordinator to manage daily routing operations. You will dispatch routes, coordinate with sites, and ensure plans meet order requirements and DOT hours-of-service regulations. The role supports night shifts and cross-market operations in a dynamic logistics environment.

The ideal candidate holds a engineering/management/logistics degree with strong analytical and communication skills and experience optimizing resource allocation within constraints.

Formación

• Strong abstract, mathematical and analytical reasoning to understand business drivers, influence metrics and solve operational problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, routing or related roles focused on optimizing resources within operational constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch daily routes using Omnitracs One, ensuring routing plans are accurate and aligned with daily order requirements.
• Coordinate with locations daily to understand customer delivery needs and confirm routing feasibility.
• Ensure routing solutions comply with DOT hours-of-service regulations and internal requirements.
• Build routing plans that support location productivity targets (hours, stops, cases, SOPs).
• Maintain daily/weekly scorecards to monitor routing performance and internal reporting.
• Identify issues and risks and request strategic routing optimization support when needed.
