Are you passionate about creating smarter, more efficient route strategies? Join our Route Intelligence Center and be at the core of driving volume growth and optimizing cost to serve across our markets.
As a Route Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing intelligent route solutions that directly impact our go-to-market performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced route planning technology (Territory Planner), you'll ensure best-in-class service delivery while constantly improving our field execution.
As a Route Planner, your main responsibilities will include:
Designing Route Solutions: Use advanced software to execute route engineering based on business unit requests, in alignment with Route Design Managers (RDMs).
Driving Process Excellence: Apply the LATAM Gold Standard Route Engineering process to ensure consistent and effective execution.
Solution Optimization: Adjust and refine route designs based on real-time performance feedback from the field.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and deliver performance tracking reports in collaboration with the SR Coordinator.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our Strategic Routing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
SLA Adherence: Ensure timely delivery and alignment with service level agreements on all assigned projects.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related disciplines)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Excel.
Comfortable working with databases and performance metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented
Experience in people coordination or training is a plus
