• Process and implement route changes for sales representatives and merchandising teams.
• Create and maintain route numbers and related information.
• Update route information in enterprise systems.
• Prepare and validate data required for route planning and engineering processes.
• Upload approved route changes into the appropriate systems.
• Maintain accurate customer information and ensure data quality.
• Partner with route engineering, sales operations, and other teams to ensure changes are implemented accurately and on time.

• Maintain and update route and customer information across business systems.
• Process and implement route changes for sales representatives and merchandising teams.

• Update route information in enterprise systems.

Education

• Bachelor's, associate, or technical degree in progress or recently completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Data and Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Portuguese communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

• No previous professional experience required.
• Internship, academic projects, or experience working with data is a plus.
• Interest in data management, business operations, systems, or process improvement.

Skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with data and identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
