About the location:

Be a part of something truly special! Join the team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Room Service Coordinator. This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.

Be You

The Room Service Coordinator offers the F&B service by making suggestions to guide our guests within the menu and its concept, taking orders or requests from our clients, always offering options or alternative solutions, with an excellent service attitude, achieving the results established by Four Seasons for your department, providing unique and memorable experiences to our clients. You will contribute to teamwork, having effective communication between colleagues, always seeking complete satisfaction of the expectations of our guests and customers, creating epic experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
  • Knowledge of high service standards.
  • Knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
  • Mastery in stressful situations and maintaining high-level service quality.
  • High ability to communicate with others.
  • Proficiency in the English language is essential.
  • Strong skills in multi-management of computer systems.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and with a high volume of business. Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Schedule availability.

Master Your Craft

Comply with the standards of attending your work shift on time. Complete assigned daily tasks. Promote teamwork. You will attend and absorb the training done by FS. Comply with annual training sent by learning. Have knowledge of internal safety protocols in emergency situations. Know and execute the safety and hygiene guidelines. Have knowledge of the F&B menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, preparation times, etc. Ensure you always have clean and presentable menus. Always keep the work area clean and tidy. Keep the OT profiles of our guests and clients updated. Learn and follow the service sequence established under the standards for FS. Anticipate the needs of our guests and colleagues. Provide a quality service of excellence. Keep the information necessary for the operation of IRD & My Bar up to date. Keep communication channels updated and working (Opera, Messenger, Hotsos, Email, Teams).
