This Position reports to:

Sales Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales of robotics products in the northern region of Mexico, aligned with our strategic goals. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role contributes to the Robotics Business Unit in Northern Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery timelines, payment terms, and general conditions, in alignment with ABB’s offerings and strategy.
  • Execute efficient marketing activities and clearly communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the sales process and support cash collection and project management when required.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial robotics sales and/or automation project sales.
  • Knowledge of control systems implementation and industrial safety.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in project management for automation projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with robotic applications is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
