Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Mechatronics-focused video annotation specialist to review robotic arm sessions and provide precise tagging and comments. You will apply project guidelines to classify footage and document mechanical or control issues observed.

Ideally, you have a background in mechatronics, hands-on experience with robotics, and a proven ability to work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment while contributing to AI training data quality.

Formación

• Mechatronics background with robotics knowledge.
• Experience with data labeling or annotation for robot systems.
• Ability to identify mechanical/control problems in complex machinery.
• Detail oriented with a track record of precise technical deliverables.
• Understanding of why machines fail and robotic movement dynamics.
• Experience supporting AI training or ML projects is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience with video annotation or data labeling, especially for robotic or industrial automation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to spot and interpret mechanical and control problems in complex machinery.
• Strong attention to detail, with a record of producing accurate technical deliverables.
• Understanding of why and how machines fail and the dynamics of robotic movement.
• Experience supporting AI training or machine learning projects is highly preferred.
