Job summary

Recovery Innovations is hiring a Registered Nurse to oversee medical, psychiatric, substance abuse, and nursing care for individuals served. You will act as a clinical liaison while they transition to other services, coordinating with health and social service agencies.

The role requires an accredited RN degree and state RN licensure; BSN is preferred. The position involves a 7:00 AM–7:30 PM shift, benefits, and a commitment to compassionate care in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• RN graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; State RN license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees medical, psychiatric, substance abuse, and nursing care.
• Serves as clinical liaison until enrolled in other services.
• Collaborates with public/private health and social service agencies.
• Conducts assessments and treatment plans; provides counseling.
• Develops educational curriculum; ensures nursing treatment and monitoring.
• Coordinates outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and lab.
• Administers medications per protocol; completes clinical documentation.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA and policy standards.
• Travels as required; contributes to interdisciplinary team efforts.
