Revenue Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated, dynamic Revenue Senior Accountant to join our team. This position will work closely with the revenue accounting team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Accounting Department’s goal of ensuring an accurate and timely execution of our general and technical accounting. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, high aptitude, and an intellectual curiosity. This job ensures that the Accounting team can carry out all functions by supporting the Technical Accounting Senior Manager with rebate processes, Month/Quarter/Year-end close, contract review, and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties (other duties may be assigned)

1. Review and assist in the processing of customer ship and debit claims
2. Manage distribution channel and monitor activity
3. Partner with Legal, Marketing, and Sales to assist with rebate and royalty accruals
4. Analyze customer rebate claims to ensure the claims are accurate and in accordance with the contracts; tasks include reviewing claims, processing payments, and calculating monthly accruals
5. Provide support as needed for the external auditors
6. Assist in ad-hoc projects

Required Experience and Skills

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting
3. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
4. Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
5. Fluent in English
