Flix is seeking a Revenue & Pricing Specialist to take commercial responsibility for assigned markets, steering pricing, demand forecasting, and market analysis to drive revenue growth. You will work with the Commercial, Network Planning, and Business Development teams to align revenue management strategies with business goals, monitor bookings and conversions, and contribute to pricing systems.

Fluent English required.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a solid understanding of numbers and business performance.
• Fluency in English.

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies for products and services.
• Act as the main point of contact with Country or Regional Commercial Teams within the department.
• Work closely with Network Planning, Business Development, and other internal teams to align revenue management strategies with broader business objectives.

As a Revenue & Pricing Specialist, you will be part of our Revenue Management Team, where you will take commercial responsibility for assigned markets and help ensure business success through data-driven pricing, demand steering, forecasting, and market analysis. You will work closely with commercial, network planning, and business development teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, business ownership, autonomy, resilience, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and rapidly changing market environment

About the Role

Take commercial responsibility for assigned markets and steer them in the best possible way to ensure business success.

Manage demand independently, with guidance from your Team Lead.

Define pricing and revenue strategies based on current and historical demand patterns, competitor actions, and market conditions.

Customize prices, inventory control, and demand forecasting based on specific demand situations.

Monitor the impact of pricing decisions through customer bookings and conversion rates.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies for products and services.

Act as the main point of contact with Country or Regional Commercial Teams within the department.

Work closely with Network Planning, Business Development, and other internal teams to align revenue management strategies with broader business objectives.

Participate actively in the further development of pricing systems.

Take ownership of projects to optimize processes and support new features across the Revenue Management domain.

About You

Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.

Experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related areas.

Previous experience in similar industries is a plus.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a solid understanding of numbers and business performance.

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Personal initiative, resilience, and a self-driven, goal-oriented working attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing market environment.

Fluency in English is required
