The Opportunity

Lead RGM Capabilities area transformation by improving and developing RGM processes, tools, frameworks, and support RGM translation initiatives to be implemented.

Your Impact

As a Revenue Mgmt Sr Coordinator, your responsibilities would include:

  • Prepare tracking reports to manage implementation governance.
  • Lead RGM capabilities & playbooks initiatives for Caricam.
  • Ensure alignment, development, and governance of RGM processes.
  • Develop new tools to support RGM plans.
  • Track initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of RGM initiatives.
  • Develop ROI analysis utilizing consumer information to generate insights for promotional strategy.
  • Create promotional guidelines and playbooks to connect with consumers.
  • Manage and control budget for RGM projects.
  • Build strong relationships with finance and marketing areas to enhance business understanding and influence of RGM.
  • Gather, analyze, and make RM recommendations to drive profitability and growth.
  • Provide analytical support and business recommendations based on findings and key consumer insights.
  • Support global/regional tools and frameworks, ensuring proper implementation and digitalization initiatives to improve RGM efficiency across Caricam.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3-5 years of experience in RM / Pricing / Capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to cross-functionally gather, analyze, and recommend RM strategies to enhance profitability and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data from multiple sources.
  • Deep experience in Net Revenue Management strategy and operations.
  • Broad multi-channel sales experience.
  • Strategic thinking, ability to analyze complex data, and translate insights into practical plans.
  • Decisiveness with limited information.
  • Strong commercial skills to simplify complex RM analysis and communicate effectively.
  • Self-starter capable of driving progress in ambiguous environments.
  • Influencing skills to engage internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in leading large-scale change management.
  • Proven leadership and people development skills with diverse teams.
  • Experience with statistical and analytical tools like Alteryx, R, Python is desirable.
