A global personal care company is seeking a Revenue Growth Management and Deflator Manager in Veracruz. The ideal candidate will have commercial and financial expertise to drive revenue growth initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 5+ years of experience are required. Fluent English is a must.

Summary

The ideal candidate will have commercial and financial acumen to create revenue growth management initiatives aligned cross-functionally. Based on business analytics, will uncover business insights to drive topline and gross margin growth.

Ensure full control and effective investment of Deflator/Gross to Net. Evaluate the commercial and financial impact of promotional grids and trade activities to optimize trade investment.

Universal Accountabilities
  • Define PROMOTED price strategy across RE / Channels / Brands to drive top line growth, gross margin growth, and investment optimization.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Marketing, and Key Accounts to deliver promotional strategies from planning to execution, ensuring efficiency and compliance (monthly tracking scorecard).
  • Build local promotional price strategies with specific recommendations on depth, frequency, and elasticity.
  • Optimize trade investments, providing category and brand promotional guidelines to increase ROI and perceived value for customers and shoppers.
  • Develop trade architecture strategies across channels and retail environments, evaluating and recommending commercial conditions.
  • Implement revenue management fundamentals organization-wide.
  • Review and analyze deflator data by channel, retail environment, and customer; report monthly deflator insights.
  • Lead analysis to support resource management and reduction.
  • Create models and tools to provide insights and enable faster, confident decision-making.
  • Support continuous learning in trade promotion investments with actionable guidelines.
  • Develop follow-up analysis models for top clients regarding deflator performance.
  • Analyze deflator accruals against trade investment activities and reconcile with accounting records.
  • Monitor and review credit notes versus deflator accruals monthly.
  • Follow up on deflator account reconciliations post-approval.
  • Assess ROI for top initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with knowledge of trade marketing, finance, and accounting principles.
  • Experience managing retail store operations for at least 2 years.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
