Formación

As a Revenue Analyst, you will support the team that's helping hotels grow market share and outperform competitors. On the Analyst team reporting to the Revenue Analyst Manager, you will work on projects including daily analysis and implementation of processes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Coordinate the daily Revenue Management processes for multiple hotels, including project work for Revenue Managers and Revenue Specialist, data collection, and maintenance of tools.
  • Analyze Revenue Management reporting and provide recommendations to Revenue Managers, troubleshoot and improve current tools, and ad-hoc reporting and trend analysis.
  • Present recommendations to hotel teams, develop new tools, and provide additional support to RMCC project teams; report activities include utilizing OnQ RM, MS Excel, MS Database, and Hotel Marketing systems to process information and generate daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Management reports.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • As a revenue analyst you will collaborate with Revenue Specialist, Revenue Manager, Directors of revenue, and regional teams in an objective manner to help to maximize revenue for all properties for which RMCC provides a service.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • All Inclusive and Luxury initial set up.
  • Reports Only implementation services.
  • Manage Essentials Communications.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of hospitality work experience with a preference for front office operations, reservations, data management, revenue management, etc.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish with written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
