Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Sales Trainer in Mexico.
The role of the Sales Trainer is to ensure that all sales professionals have a thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations, and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling. This role will lead the content strategy across the cluster. The trainer should be a resource for the field teams and team leaders. The Sales Trainer conducts training for all levels of the teams. The Sales Trainer will serve as a subject matter expert for sales training, product knowledge, sales processes, and retail operations. The trainer will coach the teams in the field for ongoing training and development within sales and product areas. The Sales Trainer will also facilitate and support large company meetings.
