Pandora, a leading jewelry company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer in Mexico. This role involves developing and implementing training programs for sales teams, ensuring thorough product knowledge and effective selling techniques. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in sales training, a Bachelor's degree, and strong presentation skills.

Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Sales Trainer in Mexico.
The role of the Sales Trainer is to ensure that all sales professionals have thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations, and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling. This role will lead the content strategy across the cluster and serve as a resource for field teams and team leaders. The Sales Trainer conducts training for all team levels, acts as a subject matter expert, and coaches teams in the field for ongoing development. The trainer will also facilitate and support large company meetings.
