About the Role

Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Sales Trainer in Mexico.

The role of the Sales Trainer is to ensure that all sales professionals have thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations, and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling. This role will lead the content strategy across the cluster and serve as a resource for field teams and team leaders. The Sales Trainer conducts training for all team levels, acts as a subject matter expert, and coaches teams in the field for ongoing development. The trainer will also facilitate and support large company meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, conduct, coordinate, and implement comprehensive training programs for sales teams.
  2. Present at regional and company events.
  3. Facilitate group trainings and team meetings.
  4. Adjust translations to meet country-specific content needs.
  5. Develop training programs for product knowledge, sales processes, retail business acumen, and management development.
  6. Provide individual coaching on sales development.
  7. Act as an ambassador of the PANDORA brand.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. 3-5 years of experience as a corporate or professional sales trainer in performance-based sales teams.
  2. Knowledge of retail sales environment and facilitation experience.
  3. Experience in remote training delivery.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, Communication, Learning and Development or related field.
  5. Fluent in English.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign or other graphics programs is a plus.
  7. Strong instructional design, presentation, and audience management skills.
