YOUR MISSION
  1. Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
  2. Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, expense control, sales, and service.
  3. Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing, results-driven employees.
  4. Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability while providing excellent customer service.
  5. Identify and communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
  6. Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities.
  7. Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
  8. Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.
YOUR TALENT
  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in apparel/footwear.
  2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals, analyze complex issues, and present information effectively.
  3. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  4. Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  5. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
