A global sportswear company is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the P&L of Retail Mexico. This role involves delivering financial results, ensuring consistent brand experiences across different store formats, and developing high-performance teams. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience managing owned stores and possess advanced Excel and English skills.

YOUR MISSION:

  1. Lead the P&L of Retail Mexico, delivering financial results, designing the 5-year plan, and managing budgeting processes to maximize sales and profitability in stores and E-Commerce.
  2. Ensure a consistent brand experience across Full Price stores, Outlets, and E-Commerce, aligned with marketing strategies.
  3. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive common objectives.
  4. Lead store expansion or restructuring in line with corporate strategy, negotiating new leases and renewals according to PUMA standards.
  5. Optimize store operations, inventory management, commercial processes, and team collaboration to achieve efficiency and consistency.
  6. Develop high-performance teams, ensure succession planning, and foster a participative leadership style focused on talent retention and growth.

YOUR TALENT:

  1. 8+ years of experience in similar roles managing owned stores.
  2. Advanced Excel skills.
  3. Advanced English proficiency.
