World Luxury Restaurants (WLR)is looking for an experiencedRestaurant Managerto lead operations and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring premium quality and service standards.
- Manage and coordinate the operational team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Control inventory, costs, waste, and operational reports to optimize profitability.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to guarantee top-tier dining experiences.
- Collaborate with the HR department on recruitment, training, and staff evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant image protocols.
- Coordinate with upper management to execute commercial plans and special events.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experienceas a Restaurant Manager, Unit Manager, or similar role in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge ofcost control, inventory management, and operational reporting.
- Proficiency in administrative systems and MS Office (Excel – intermediate).
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Schedule flexibility (including weekends and holidays).
