About the role of Residential Services Manager:

The Residential Services Manager responds to a variety of homeowner requests by assessing needs and inquiries, offering personalized recommendations to maximize satisfaction while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities include assisting the Residential Leadership team with administrative and operational duties such as organization, labor reports, pre-arrival preparations, and managing work orders and billing for in-house services.

What you will do:

  • Ensure high-quality service and satisfaction for resort residents and long-term guests.
  • Address inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and security for residential areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of residential spaces.
  • Manage budgets for residential services, including staffing and amenities.
  • Oversee billing, rental agreements, and related financial transactions.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort operations, property management, or residential services.
  • Experience in guest relations, concierge services, or facilities management is highly desirable.
  • Leadership or managerial experience overseeing teams such as housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge.
  • At least 2 years in luxury residences or similar high-end environments is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Opera System is required.
  • Strong computer skills for property management and guest service systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
  • A guest-centric mindset with a focus on personalized service.
