Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Construction Quality Inspector for our client in Tijuana, Baja California. You will oversee site inspections, verify compliance with plans and codes, and document defects to protect project quality and client satisfaction.

Ideally you have 5+ years in construction quality control, strong reading of blueprints, and a solid eye for detail. This on-site role emphasizes safety, reporting, and coordination with contractors during busy residential builds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in construction or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, preferably in quality control or inspection.
• Thorough understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage inspection schedules.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites.
• Familiarity with the construction landscape in Tijuana, Baja California is advantageous.

Responsibilities
