Placements24 is seeking a Jefe de Calidad de Construcción in Acapulco to lead quality control across complex construction projects. You will develop and implement the Quality Management Plan, supervise inspectors, and ensure materials, workmanship, and documentation meet stringent standards.

The role requires 8+ years in construction quality control, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of ISO 9001 and QMS concepts. A proactive leader is preferred to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction quality control and assurance.
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in construction.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, testing procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs.
• ASQ certification is a plus.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent construction company known for its high standards and complex projects, is seeking an experienced Jefe de Calidad de Construcción to join their team in Acapulco, Guerrero . This critical role is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet or exceed the company's rigorous quality benchmarks and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality management systems, inspection processes, and relevant construction codes. You will lead a team of quality inspectors and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to uphold the integrity and durability of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP).
