Endava in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Research Consultant for a contract-to-hire role. The position supports internal research projects with potential progression to client-facing engagements, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver meaningful insights.

You will lead or support primary research, design surveys (Qualtrics), and translate findings into executive-ready deliverables for diverse audiences across geographies.

Formación

• Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative research.
• Experience analyzing survey data with statistical methods.
• Excellent writing and executive-ready deliverables.
• Proficient with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS or equivalents.
• Curious and adaptable across industries.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Based in or able to work during U.S. East/Central Time hours.
• Fluency in a language other than English.
• Strong quantitative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support primary research using mixed methods.
• Analyze and synthesize findings into deliverables for internal and client audiences.
• Collaborate to design research plans and summarize key insights.
• Design surveys and analyze results (Qualtrics).
