Overview

Job Title: Research and Data Entry Specialist (Remote, Contractor)

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time Contractor (~40 hrs/week)

Compensation: $1,250–1,500 USD/month

The Role

We’re looking for a Research and Data Entry Specialist to support our team with online research, data entry, and lead enrichment. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow.

You’ll research company and contact information, verify logistics-related data, and assist with workflows that power our platform. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn about global trade while building a career in data, operations, or customer support.

What You’ll Do
  • Research companies and decision-maker contacts online (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

  • Verify and tag data for accuracy on our platform

  • Support internal teams with ad hoc research and spreadsheet prep

  • Follow structured SOPs and checklists to ensure quality results

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year in research, data entry, or virtual assistant roles

  • Strong web research and spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheets) skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

  • Strong written English communication

  • Nice-to-Haves: CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable), B2B data tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo), or interest in logistics/supply chain.
