Summary
About the Role

Major Accountabilities

  • Responsible for sales management, promotion, and development within designated accounts to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop client development strategies and dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts, aligning with account objectives and executing accordingly.
  • Lead the preparation of strategies and tactical plans, contributing strategically through analysis, future potential, and key program requirements for accounts.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, guiding initiatives launched by the company to target specific accounts.
  • Analyze market conditions, including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and main competitors.
  • Organize client events and other programs independently or with the marketing/medical department, in line with agreed tactical business plans.
  • Contribute to stakeholder mapping, including segmentation and profiling, providing accurate and timely data for Novartis's CRM system.
  • Responsible for executing the sales operation plan and achieving sales targets and broader performance objectives for a specific part of the organization.
  • Develop an effective sales team through training, coaching, or managing key commercial programs.
  • Report technical complaints, adverse events, or specific product-related scenarios within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Distribute marketing samples as applicable.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Manage key accounts at the local level, typically overseeing a small team or managing specific accounts/relationships.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, understanding client challenges related to patient care, and identifying solutions to improve patient outcomes.
