Responsibilities

TheOpportunity

Analyze, record and provide the documentation and accounting adjustments that ensure the financial closure of the company, as well as prepare, integrate and execute the financial report in HFM system in order to provide reliable information to shareholders based in corporative polices from Pepsico.

YourImpact

As Cntrl & Rpt Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Execute month close end process (GL-JE) and make sure all the related tasks are completed timely and complying with the Pepsico requirements.
  • Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.
  • Generate information for filling out the required statutory and management financial reports.
  • Prepare & review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.
  • Execute financial report Pepsico (Smartview / FDM – HFM).
  • Support to the business unit in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes.
  • Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.
  • Generate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.

  • University Degree in Finance or Accounting - required

Experience

  • Experience (desirable) in accounting US GAAP, control environment and sox compliance
  • Experience – 1 to 2 years in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment
  • Office Intermediate
  • Advanced English Level
  • Communication skills are needed as individual will be required to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management - not only in Mexico, but internationally as well.
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles processes (Bank Statement/AP/FA/AR/GL/Intercompanies/Financial Reporting), and business standards for integrated financial analysis.
  • Knowledge desirable in the following ERP´s: SAP, HFM, FDM.
