Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Process Engineering Manager (Repairs) in Guadalajara, Mexico, to lead repair processes and ensure high yield and cost targets. The role requires supervising multiple shifts and implementing robust process controls.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, advanced English, and hands-on experience with PTH, BGAs, and IPC standards. NPI and mass production exposure is preferred.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Advanced English required for cross-functional work.
- Experience in repairs: PTH, BGAs/ ASIC, and Pads.
- Familiarity with IPC7711/7721, IPC610 and JEDEC standards.
- Experience supervising staff across multiple shifts.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee manufacturing operations in a shift or production group to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
- Identify root causes in the manufacturing process and implement improvements.
- Participate in daily production activities and solve issues quickly.
- Plan and implement capital equipment purchases for production.
- Develop robust process parameters and control methodologies.
- Train production personnel on new technology transfers.
