CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Rent Manager Specialist with strong, hands-on expertise in the Rent Manager ecosystem. Proficiency with Rent Manager is a non-negotiable core requirement.

The ideal candidate will manage workflows, tenant and property records, financial data, maintenance processes, and RM reports, while ensuring data accuracy. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred, and the role supports remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage property, tenant, owner, lease, and unit data in Rent Manager.
• Handle day-to-day property management workflows in RM.
• Process tenant and owner records, leases, charges, and payments.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, vendors, and operations.
• Generate and interpret Rent Manager reports for operations and finance.
• Configure Rent Manager workflows, templates, and settings.
• Troubleshoot RM issues and improve system workflows.
• Coordinate RM data with other platforms.
• Create and maintain RM SOPs.
• Provide operational support to the PM team and ensure timely tasks.

We are looking for an experienced Rent Manager Specialist with strong, hands‑on expertise in the Rent Manager ecosystem. This is a specialized systems and property management operations role, and proficiency with Rent Manager is a non‑negotiable core requirement.

The ideal candidate understands how to use Rent Manager beyond basic data entry and can confidently manage workflows, reporting, tenant and property records, financial information, maintenance processes, and system‑related tasks.

Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain property, tenant, owner, lease, and unit information within Rent Manager.
• Handle day‑to‑day property management workflows using Rent Manager.
• Process and maintain tenant and owner records, lease information, charges, payments, and account updates.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, vendors, and related property operations.
• Generate, review, and interpret Rent Manager reports for operational and financial tracking.
• Maintain accurate property and financial data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Assist with rent rolls, tenant ledgers, owner statements, and other property management documentation.
• Configure and maintain Rent Manager workflows, settings, templates, and system processes where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot routine Rent Manager issues and identify opportunities to improve system workflows.
• Support data cleanup, system organization, and quality control within Rent Manager.
• Coordinate information between Rent Manager and other property management, accounting, CRM, or communication platforms.
• Create and maintain SOPs for Rent Manager‑related processes.
• Provide operational support to the property management team and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bilingual communication skills are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting a large Rent Manager environment.
• Experience with Rent Manager integrations or third‑party applications.
• Familiarity with property management accounting processes.
• Experience with maintenance/work‑order management.
• Experience with other property management software, CRMs, or accounting systems.
• Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and process improvements.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or another relevant second language.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is not simply a VA who has logged into Rent Manager. We are looking for someone who can confidently navigate the platform, understands how different Rent Manager functions connect to property management operations, and can become a reliable internal expert for the system.

Rent Manager experience is the primary screening requirement. Candidates without substantial hands‑on Rent Manager experience will not be considered.
