We’re looking for a Renovation Project Coordinator to oversee and drive renovation projects across several of our markets. This role ensures that homes are rent-ready, renovations are profitable, and timelines are met with precision. You’ll own every stage of the renovation lifecycle—from vendor assignment to project completion—and be the critical connector between Property Managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

This is not a behind-the-scenes support role—this is a frontline operations position where your ability to lead vendors, track performance, and think in systems will have a direct impact on revenue, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Own Renovation Projects from Start to Finish
  • Manage and oversee all renovation and turn projects in your assigned markets
  • Dispatch projects within 4 hours of approval
  • Ensure vendor acceptance within 24 hours of assignment
  • Maintain active communication with vendors and internal teams throughout the renovation lifecycle
  • Drive Speed, Profitability & Quality
  • Track and deliver on key performance indicators:
  • Complete renovations in ≤14 days
  • Maintain profit margin ≥25%, with a goal of 30%+
  • Target $1,000 in renovation revenue per day of project lifespan
  • Build and maintain a vetted, reliable vendor base
  • Be the Communicator and Collaborator
  • Serve as the go-to liaison between Property Managers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve communication breakdowns
  • Ensure renovations meet Evernest’s standards for habitability, rentability, and speed
  • Lead with Accountability
  • You don’t wait for problems—you anticipate, act, and own the outcome
  • You enforce vendor SLAs and don’t compromise on quality, speed, or budget
  • You bring urgency to every turn and drive projects to the finish line

  • Familiarity with renovation scopes, cost estimation, and vendor workflows (preferred)

Compensation Details:

Location: Remote (International Team Member)

Pay Range: $9–$11/hr USD (based on experience and location)

Reports To: Renovations Team Manager
