WITHIN is seeking a Social Video Editor to join our Mexico City team, crafting engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms. This hands-on role focuses on storytelling, rhythm and cultural resonance, delivering scroll-stopping edits for diverse clients.

You will collaborate with designers, strategists and producers, deliver multiple versions in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, and stay ahead of trends.

Formación

• 1–2 years of professional editing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts editing features.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in fast-moving social environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and deliver engaging short-form videos optimized for social platforms.
• Create motion graphics, typography animations, and VFX.
• Repurpose footage into platform-specific edits reflecting trends.
• Stay on top of cultural trends and integrate music and memes.
• Create multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and Account Managers to meet standards.
• Ensure timing, captions, graphics, and audio accuracy across assets.
