Formación

Remote Trilingual Portuguese - IHG Reservations Sales

An expert in providing travel advice and solutions, serving as a critical customer touch point to deliver the IHG brand experience. Be a brand champion by using every customer interaction to educate guests about our brands and products. Empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insights to meet the unique travel needs of our guests, driving revenue and customer loyalty.   1. Provide industry-leading reservation solutions in Portuguese, English, and Spanish across all contacts.

  4. Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations (revenue, conversion, quality, guest satisfaction, etc.) set by management, overcoming obstacles.

Key Skills & Experiences

Education: Some secondary education; a high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory. For Mexico: a high school diploma is required; a degree in Tourism or similar is preferred.

Experience: Previous call center experience in sales or other call handling roles preferred.

  • Strong customer service and sales skills, balancing both effectively;
  • Social intelligence, including empathy, self-awareness, and cultural sensitivity;
  • Ability to customize generic information;
  • Proficient web navigation skills;
  • Adaptability to technological and organizational changes;
  • Ability to adopt new tools and processes;
  • Accurate data entry skills;
  • Capability to use tools and resources to meet geographical needs;
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for software and hardware;
  • Effective use of online communication tools and systems.

Physical Requirements:
