Hellosunshinetravels is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals to build a business in the travel industry as Remote Travel Coordinators / Vacation Planners. You will research, plan, and book travel experiences while delivering excellent customer service throughout the planning process.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule. It can fit those who enjoy travel, helping others, learning new skills, and working independently.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry.
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
