Job summary

Camirand Travel is seeking motivated, organized individuals for a remote Travel Coordinator role. You will research, plan, and book vacations while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule and ongoing support. Training and access to resources help you build and grow your own travel business while assisting clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willing to complete training and learn about the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
