Camirand Travel is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals to act as Remote Travel Coordinators/ Vacation Planners. You will help clients research, plan, and book travel experiences while delivering outstanding service throughout the planning process.

Formación

• No prior travel industry experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Able to research and plan effectively and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements
• Participate in available training and professional development
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Market and grow your independent travel business
